About Energy Medicine
My approach to Energy Medicine is rooted in a method that focuses on clearing your energy field to help your physical body get better.
Grounded in the work of Donna Eden, this method trusts that once the energies of your body are balanced, optimal body functions can be restored. This results in vitality, wellness and health.
How does Energy Medicine work?
The body contains various energy systems. Some of the more know systems include the Meridian System, Chakras, Aura, Five Elements and or Radiant Circuits.
Energy Medicine works by assessing the energy flow in the body’s energy systems and detecting any blockages. Optimal body functions can be restored through balancing the energy flow and resolving blockages.
Eden Energy Medicine combines the traditional systems with non-traditional systems. This results in simple and easy to use exercises, helping to integrate progress during sessions.
What are the Roots of Energy Medicine?
Energy Medicine is based on thousands of years of Eastern Healing Traditions. Chinese, Japanese and Indian cultures were aware of the circulation of energy in the body.
Ancient cultures already worked with the body’s energies by aligning the flow of the body’s energy systems.
What to expect from an Energy Medicine Session?
WE EXPLORE your wellness goals by assessing the current state of your body’s energy systems.
TOGETHER, we look at what blockages are presenting themselves and how to restore the energy flow. Easy home exercises will assist you in promoting the results of your session.
THIS APPROACH GIVES HOPE and empowers you to participate in taking charge of your health goals.
The sessions will be fully clothed except for shoes. Wearing comfortable clothes and being hydrated is beneficial.

About Maren
Maren has been involved in energy healing since 2019. She took classes with Healing in America, which resulted in the desire to learn more. After encountering a book by Donna Eden, she decided to enroll in the Eden Certification Classes. Being now an Eden Energy Medicine Certified Practitioner (EEM-CLP), she works with clients in her own studio in Ventura California.
